Duo - The long vehicle trailer
Trailers of the Duo series are particularly lightweight all-aluminum constructions with a high payload ratio. Load payloads up to 3.5 t.
The duo trailer is the ideal solution for transporting two vehicles. Even extra-long vehicles can be loaded effortlessly on the up to 8.3 m long trailer. You can also use the Duo for the fast and uncomplicated transport of long timbers or profiles.

High payload
The FIT-Zel Duo not only qualifies for various transport tasks thanks to its large loading area, but also thanks to its payload of up to 2.6 t.
With its long loading area of six meters and variable widths, the FIT-ZEL Duo can be individually tailored to the different transport requirements. The loading area can be up to 2.4 meters wide.
High quality, safe and durable
The basis for the safe and flexible transport of an overlong or two vehicles is the high-quality construction of the FIT-ZEL Duo, which is designed for safety and durability.
The loading platform and the frame, which are both made entirely of aluminum, are very well protected against corrosion thanks to a special coating. The frame is also built in a reinforced double profile Version.
Six wheels for safe transportation
The axle assembly of the FIT-ZEL Duo comprises three axles, which are placed in the middle under the loading platform and are equipped as standard with an anti-lock braking system. Both ensure a high level of safety and quiet driving behavior. The low loading height of only 66 cm also contributes to this.

Hand winch
Type 901 A with 900 kg traction including deflection pulley, safety hook and suspension loop. The 15 m steel cable can be mounted on an aluminum wind holder.
Electric winch
Extra strong with optional battery supply and radio remote control, with a lifting capacity of up to 3.5 t. Winches allow the recovery of vehicles that are no longer fit to drive. Our electric winches are equipped with planetary gearbox, forward and reverse, free-wheeling and an optional radio remote control. Winch ropes are available as light synthetic fiber or steel rope with safety hooks.
Plateau lade rail
Uncomplicated vehicles with low gauges or trailers can be loaded: with optional, 2 extendable aluminum charging rails. Storage of rails between the lanes with central locking.
